2026 Maple Sugaring Season

The 2026 maple sugaring season has come to a successful close here at Dodge’s Sugar Shack. By the end of the season, we collected an incredible 36,000 gallons of sap and produced 625 gallons of pure maple syrup, a rewarding finish to a busy and productive year in the sugarhouse.

Our woods were alive with the quiet rhythm of sugaring season, from freshly tapped maple trees steadily filling the sap lines, to the sweet steam rising from the evaporator as sap was carefully boiled down into rich, golden maple syrup.
