Pure New Hampshire maple syrup, handcrafted among the quiet woods and bottled with generations of family tradition.
Sap Is Flowing!
On February 14, we began our annual maple tapping season here at Dodge’s Sugar Shack. Since then, the trees have been running strong and the sugarhouse has been busy turning fresh sap into delicious maple syrup.
Follow along with our 2026 sugaring season and see photos and videos from the woods and the evaporator.

How Maple Syrup is Made
Every drop of our syrup begins in the sugar woods, where cold nights and warm days set the sap flowing. Follow each step of our sugaring process—from tapping trees, to boiling sap in our stainless steel evaporator, to filtering and bottling the final syrup.
