Maple-Glazed Salmon Recipe
Maple-Glazed Salmon (Sweet, Savory & Easy)

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Make the glaze
Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic together. - Season the salmon
Pat the fillets dry. Season with salt and pepper. - Sear the salmon
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear salmon 2–3 minutes per side. - Add glaze & finish
Pour the maple glaze over the salmon.
Reduce heat and simmer 2–4 minutes, spooning glaze over the fish until thick and shiny. - Serve immediately
Pairs beautifully with rice, roasted veggies, or salad.
Tips
- Add a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
- Maple pairs especially well with cedar-plank grilling.
