Maple-Glazed Salmon Recipe

Maple-Glazed Salmon (Sweet, Savory & Easy)

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
 

Instructions

  1. Make the glaze
    Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic together.
  2. Season the salmon
    Pat the fillets dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the salmon
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear salmon 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Add glaze & finish
    Pour the maple glaze over the salmon.
    Reduce heat and simmer 2–4 minutes, spooning glaze over the fish until thick and shiny.
  5. Serve immediately
    Pairs beautifully with rice, roasted veggies, or salad.

Tips

  • Add a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
  • Maple pairs especially well with cedar-plank grilling.
